Can't Create Folder problem on Windows -solve

01. Please Open (RUN) Program then type - (regedit) click (OK)
02. Modify Registry Editor

03. HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\Background\sellex\ContextMenuHandlers

04. Select the - ContextMenuHandlers- Crate A New Key #1
05. Rename New Key #1 file to "New" only, now you can see a default folder

06. Right Button Click or Modify of default file .with this value {D969A300-E7FF-11d0-A93B-00A0C90F2719}
